					<description><![CDATA[I live in an old Portland hotel converted to condos by the Arthurs, in 2004. I have been here for 6 years, but every year reveals how cheap the conversion was. Shortcuts taken everywhere in the building, lack of consistency, cheapest materials available were used. I am disgusted by the incredibly low quality of the conversion. We as owners are paying for it now, and it may bankrupt many of us.]]></description>
